This release of OnboardMe introduces a range of new features and bug fixes. The changes are outlined below.
Proposals are evolving to support multiple clients. We've released the first in a series of changes to make Proposals work natively across Groups or multiple clients.
The changes to support multiple clients in this update:
Create XPM Jobs / FYI Jobs to multiple clients from a single Proposal
Create Billings to multiple clients from a single Proposal
Create Xero Repeating Billings to multiple clients from a single Proposal
Create XPM Jobs to Multiple Clients from One Proposal
We've added the ability to create XPM Jobs across multiple clients from a single Proposal.
When creating a Proposal for new or existing clients, the Jobs step now includes a Client Selector, which lists new clients from the Proposal or allows you to search for clients across your database.
When the Proposal includes new clients with onboardings, the XPM Jobs can be attached to the respective onboarding clients set up during the Proposal. A client list is also shown during setup, so you can easily see which onboarding clients have a job attached.
You can choose to create jobs to new clients, existing clients, or a mixture of both within a single Proposal.
Note: When a Proposal includes an onboarding, jobs will not be created in XPM upon Proposal acceptance. They will only be created once the Onboarding has been Submitted and Completed by the Practice.
Create FYI Jobs to Multiple Clients from One Proposal

Create Billing for Multiple Clients from One Proposal
We've added the ability to create Bills across multiple clients from a single Proposal.
When setting up Bills, a Client Selector allows you to select any client from your existing database to bill against.
Current limitations:
Only one Bill can be flagged for Bill Upfront
For new clients, Bills can only be created against the Primary Proposal Client until we fully support multiple clients on Proposals. For new clients, the Client selector is hidden as the Primary Client is already known when setting up billing.
As we continue to evolve Proposals to be fully multi-client, this will expand to support more than one client being billed upfront. You can however flag multiple bills as Sync on Acceptance across multiple clients with no limitation.
Create Xero Repeating Billings to multiple clients from a single Proposal
We've added the ability to create Xero Repeating Invoices across multiple clients from a single Proposal.
When setting up Xero Repeating Invoices, a Client Selector allows you to select any client from your existing database to bill against.
Multiple Xero Repeating Bills can be created on a single proposal; these can be for the same client or different clients.
Current limitations:
For new clients, Repeating Invoices can only be created against the Primary Proposal Client until we fully support multiple clients on Proposals. This means the Client selector is hidden as the Primary Client is already known when setting up billing.
Xero Repeating Invoices are deployed when Proposals are accepted, this is due to "Stub" contacts being created in Xero Blue when the Proposal is sent out. As we continue to evolve Proposals to be fully multi-client, this will expand to support more than one stub client being created when the Proposal includes new clients being onboarded.
Drag and drop questions in eForms
When setting up an eForm, users are now able to drag and drop questions inside of sections and across sections.
Click and drag the new Drag to reorder icon on a question to drag and drop the question to the correct position. A line will appear showing you where the question will be placed when the drag process is completed.
