Insights shows how your pipeline is converting: how many new leads you're getting, how many you win, what's in the pipeline right now, where leads come from, why they're lost and who on your team is closing them. Every number opens the list of leads behind it.

How the numbers work
Measure | Counts |
|---|---|
New leads | Leads created in the date range. |
Won and lost | Leads that reached a Won or Lost stage in the date range, whenever they were created. Leads that became clients by accepting a proposal count as won. |
Win rate | Won leads as a share of won and lost leads. |
Open pipeline | Leads that are open right now, and their total value. The date range doesn't apply. |
The cards
Card | Shows |
|---|---|
New leads | How many leads came in, how many have a value and their total. |
Win rate | Your win rate, with won and lost counts and the value won. |
Open pipeline | The value of your open leads, how many there are and the average value. |
Needs attention | Open leads with no next step, an overdue task, or no contact in the last 14 days. |
Click a card to see the leads behind it.
Pipeline
The pipeline shows your open stages in your own order, then Won and Lost for the date range.

Each stage shows:
how many open leads are in it, and their value
the average time leads spend in the stage before moving on
pills for leads with no next step and leads that have been there over 30 days
No stage appears first when some open leads don't have a stage yet. Click a stage or a pill to see those leads.
New and won leads, and waiting time
New and won leads charts leads created and leads won over time, by week, or by month for longer ranges.
Waiting time shows how long open leads have been in their current stage, from 0 to 7 days through to over 30 days. Click a stage to see its leads.

Team
The team table shows each owner's new, won and lost leads, their win rate, open leads, overdue tasks, leads with no next step and the calls, meetings and emails they've logged. Leads without an owner have their own Unassigned row. The top closer is marked.

Sources and lost reasons
Sources shows, for each source, the new, won and lost leads, the win rate, the value won and the average days to win. The best-earning sources are listed first.
Lost reasons ranks why leads were lost in the date range. Leads lost without a reason show as No reason given.

Drill down to the leads
Clicking any number opens a list of the leads behind it. Use the tabs across the top to switch between lists, such as New leads, Won, No next step or Not contacted in 14 days. Click a lead to open it.
