The Follow-ups tab lists the tasks your team needs to do across all your leads and clients, sorted by when they're due. Each morning OnboardMe also sends a reminder for every task that's due.
Why it helps
Start the day with one list of everything that needs doing.
Overdue tasks are front and centre, so nothing waits too long.
Managers can check the whole team's tasks, or anyone's in particular.
Reminders arrive in OnboardMe without anyone having to remember to check.
Open Follow-ups
Click Clients, then Leads & Deals, then the Follow-ups tab.

Choose which tasks to show:
Option | Shows |
|---|---|
Overdue | Open tasks due before today. Follow-ups opens here when you have any. |
Today | Open tasks due today. |
Upcoming | Open tasks due after today, and tasks with no due date. |
All open | Every open task. |
The number next to each option is how many tasks it holds.
Whose tasks
Use the dropdown on the right:
My tasks shows tasks assigned to you, plus unassigned tasks you created.
Everyone shows the whole team's tasks, with each task's assignee.
Unassigned shows tasks nobody is assigned to.
Pick a person to see their tasks.
Work through your tasks
Tick the circle to mark a task done. It disappears from the list.
Click a task to open it. Tasks on leads open the lead, and tasks on clients open the client record.
Each task shows the lead or client's name and, for leads, their current stage.
Task reminders
Every morning at 7am, OnboardMe sends an in-app notification for each task that's due that day or overdue and hasn't been reminded yet. The reminder goes to the person the task is assigned to, or to whoever created it if it's unassigned.
The notification shows as Follow-up with the title Task Due, for example "A task is due: Send the quote ยท Ella King". Click it to open the lead or client.
Each task is reminded once. If you move a task's due date, it's reminded again on the new date.
