Managing your User Profile

Users have the ability to manage certain parts of their user profile themselves in OnboardMe.

To access your user profile, click the profile option on the menu bar.

This will open your profile in OnboardMe.

Users can customise the following in OnboardMe:

• Name

• Surname

• Email

• Mobile

• Two-Factor Authentication (if not enforced at business level)

• OnboardMe Theme

• Digital Signature

  • Draw your signature

  • Upload your signature

  • View a previously saved signature

For Admins, User details including access roles can be managed by the Settings / Users area in OnboardMe.
